Founded Nordeski to make quality-engineered software achievable for people with no coding background. Designed and built the QGS (Quality Governance System), an engineering-grade framework that has AI coding agents (Claude Code) build, test and release apps behind automated quality, security and release gates. Alongside it I built the Nordeski training platform: a guided one-hour setup and course that takes a complete beginner to building their first app, supported by trainers and mentors. I lead the product, engineering and training.

Founder of KK RPEQ Electrical Engineering and Software Services, delivering RPEQ-certified electrical engineering and production software. Engineering: RPEQ design, verification and sign-off; electrical, instrumentation and hazardous area design to Australian and IEC standards. Software: product design, architecture and full-stack delivery (Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind, Supabase with row-level security), AI-assisted feature design, and a documented quality governance system (charter, rules and an audited task lifecycle) that every shipped application is built under. Also responsible for IP strategy and direct client support.

Lead Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer at CS Gas, holding technical authority across coal seam gas, biogas, and filtered gas plant projects including VPSA (vacuum pressure swing adsorption) systems. Led and managed a team of engineers and electricians delivering detailed design, hazardous area classification, intrinsic safety calculations, and IECEx compliance to Australian standards. Responsibility spanned tender estimating, vendor evaluation, manufacturing support, FAT and SAT, commissioning, HAZOP input, and RPEQ sign-off of drawings, calculations, specifications, and datasheets. Interfaced directly with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and deliver project outcomes.

Brisbane (remote)

Founded and led LuxandArt, an Australian-incorporated venture developing luxury item protection and display technology with a US market entry plan. Owned product development, investor relations, and strategic planning. Authored the IP portfolio for the company's flagship products Vaulte and Vaulte Connect, including registered design rights, filed trademarks, pending patents, secured copyright, and protected trade secrets.

Queensland

Produced E&I work packs for product fuel terminals and defence fuel installation sites against a comprehensive set of Australian engineering standards. Authored single line diagrams, hazardous area registers, earthing and power schematics, equipment datasheets, and as-built drawing reviews. Travelled to terminal and DFI sites in Sydney, Cairns, Adelaide, and Brisbane. RPEQ sign-off of equipment datasheets, documentation, and drawings.

Queensland

Delivered E&I work packs for CSG extraction equipment and facilities. Produced single line diagrams, hazardous area registers, earthing schematics, equipment datasheets, and inspection sheets. Seconded internationally to Papua New Guinea for SAT and QA inspections and E&I team management. Authored CO2 pipeline protection system designs, commissioning and test procedures. RPEQ sign-off across the package.

Owned product roadmaps and lifecycle for electricity, gas, and water meter firmware and hardware, the energy cloud SaaS head-end system, Android and iOS handheld units, and accessories. Managed the Australia and New Zealand feature backlog across multi-region deployments. Led international workshops, quarterly client presentations, cost forecasting, and OKR planning. Acted as the conduit between sales, clients, directors, and engineering teams. International travel (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore) for client training and rollouts. RPEQ sign-off of reports, drawings, and documentation throughout.

Founded and led Prodengin, an engineering consultancy and product design company that delivered electrical, instrumentation, and product design services. Designed and produced the SEED (Solar-powered Expanding Eco Dwelling), with full responsibility for mechanical and electrical design, supporting business software, and the IP portfolio: trademarks, provisional patents, and protected design rights. Held end-to-end ownership across product engineering, IP strategy, and small-team coordination.

Designed and programmed hazardous area automation and SCADA systems for coal seam gas extraction. Configured RTUs and telemetry systems, completed mining inductions across QLD and NSW, and travelled nationally for installation and commissioning with major Australian mining clients. Designed complete electrical automation packages in AutoCAD to Australian standards. Managed internal and subcontractor engineers and electricians. Pioneered 3G router integration into automation systems.
